Elvie Stride 與 Seoul Max 泵奶背包

I was skeptical about the suction power, but this pump’s -300 mmHg really does match hospital-grade performance—and it’s so quiet and lightweight. Fits perfectly in the backpack, which makes pumping at work feel totally discrete.

The suction strength really does hit that hospital-grade level, even though I keep forgetting it's strapped to my shirt while I move around the house. It's a bit of a learning curve to get the positioning just right, but once it clicks, the portability makes pumping during work calls so much easier.

The fact that it’s only five ounces and works without being tethered to a wall has been a game-changer during late-night feeds. I do wish the bag had a few more small pockets for organizing pump parts, but the main compartment swallows everything easily.
